PE-RT/PPR管材生产线
PE-RT是近年新出现的耐高温中密度聚乙烯材料，无需交联其使用温度可达80℃以上。因其具有可以熔接并可重新使用生产回料的优点，在冷热水供应系统和采暖系统中因应用越来越广，与PE-X管，PP-R管，铝塑复合管一起在市场占据很大份额。
北化塑机采用片式定径和入口喷水环技术，可使熔体粘度很大的PE-RT管材高速高质量的稳定生产，并可用于PP-R管材生产。配合北化塑机高速牵引机，无屑切割机和收卷机，构成系列性价比极优的PE-RT/PP-R共线生产的管材生产线.

PE-RT is a new kind of medium density molecule weight polyethylene which can resist high temperature above 80℃ without crosslinking. Because PE-RT pipes can be welded together with the fittings, and the waste made during the production can be used again, so this kind of pipes get a wide applications in the cold and hot water systems. Now PE-RT pipes together with PE-X pipes and PAP pipes take a big proportion in the market. This line use the sheet calibrator and spray ring technologies to deal with the very sticky melt of PE-RT, to produce high quality pipes in a high speed. There are serials production lines to produce varies of PP-RT and PP-R pipes.
