地暖即地热辐射采暖,是将温度不高于60℃的热水或发热电缆,暗埋在地热地板下的盘管系统内加热整个地面,均匀地向室内辐射散热的一种采暖方式。地暖是我国近几年开始兴起的一种新型采暖方式。我国政府已将地面采暖列为重点推广应用的建筑节能技术,从发展前景看,未来的居民采暖,60%以上将会采用地面采暖,应用前景喜人,有巨大的开发市场。 HT泡沫混凝土地暖材料是用特制发泡剂、水泥和辅助材料按适当的比例制造出来的泡沫混凝土保温材料。      地暖泡沫混凝土是我公司开发的一种新型优质泡沫混凝土保温隔热材料,是专利产品,受到中国工程建设行业协会、中国建筑建设标准委员会等单位的大力支持与推广。我公司通过技术改造而研发出一种新型的地暖隔热层施工方法,用此方法生产的产品,经河南建设工程质量检测站及南阳市质检站检测,实物质量符合Q/NHW01-2007。节能指标超过河南省民用建筑节能指标的30%。   地暖泡沫混凝土保温隔热材料制品特点:   (1)、良好的隔热性能:其导热系数低于0.20W/(m.k)。   (2)、耐热度高。耐热可达400℃以上,不存在热分解,不会造成保温失效。   (3)、绿色环保,无毒无害。泡沫混凝土不含任何有毒成份,发泡剂及各种外加剂均没有挥发性有害物质,有利于室内环境。   (4)、承载能力强。抗压强度为0.6~0.8 MPa,抗压性更好。   (5)、使用成本低。造价比聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料低30%~40%,具有明显的经济优势。   (6)、工艺简单,施工速度快。泡沫混凝土浇注摊平既可,不需要一张张铺设,其施工速度比聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料板快1/3。   (7)、没有接缝,减少了接缝所造成的热损失。    地暖使用范围:       住宅:独立住宅、公寓大厦、办公楼等。       公共建筑:学校、图书馆、医院、银行、会馆、餐厅等。       体育娱乐设施:足球场、体育馆、网球馆、游泳馆。       产业设施:工厂车间、厂房、浴池、设施保温等。       其他:温室、植物园、交通设施、机场等。   地暖泡沫混凝土技术性能如下表:          泡沫混凝土的使用特点:   (1)、轻量性:    密度在160-1700kg/m3之间,是普通混凝土的1/5-1/8,属于轻量产品,可减少建筑物的整体负荷。   (2)、保温性:   极低的热传导率。导热系数低于0.2w/m.k。   (3)、优良的隔热性:   与普通混凝土相比,具有良好的隔热性(0.05kcal/mh。c),约为普通混凝土的20-30倍。   (4)、任意强度选定:   可随施工的需要任意配置,由此形成不同强度,其抗压强度大于0.25MPa。   (5)、隔音性:   泡沫混凝土能形成独立的气泡,吸音能力可达0.09-0.19%,是普通混凝土的5倍,充分解决居住空间的隔音问题。   (6)、强烈的分散性:   具有强烈的分散性,能够形成均匀独立的发泡(0.1-0.3 mm)。   (7)、低吸水率:   发泡有强韧而独立的发泡连接,吸水率在25%以内。具有防潮、抗渗性能。   (8)、对外力具有软垫性:   抗震性优越,用发泡混凝土的产品,形成无数独立的气泡,对于外力作用表现出软垫性,能将压力分散至其它部位,提高了抗震性能。     地热辐射采暖简介   地热辐射采暖,简称地暖,是将温度不高于60摄氏度的热水或发热电缆,暗埋在地热地板下的盘管系统内加热整个地面,通过地面均匀地向室内辐射散热的一种采暖方式。地热辐射采暖与传统采暖方式相比,具有舒适、节能和环保等诸多特点。在国外这项技术不仅大量应用于民用住宅和医院、商场、写字楼、健身房和游泳馆等各类公共建筑,还大量应用于花坛、厂房、足球场、飞机库和蔬菜大棚等建筑系统的保温,甚至应用于室外道路、屋顶、楼梯、机场跑道和各类工业管线的保温。目前,韩国、日本和欧美等发达国家超过50%的新型建筑中都采用了地热辐射采暖。   地暖也是我国近几年在黄河以北地区已开始兴起的一种新型采暖方式,在我国的山东、天津、辽宁、东北、内蒙、河北等地,其应用已经相当广泛。例如天津市,地面采暖已占新建筑的40%,受到居民的普遍欢迎。我国政府已将地面采暖列为重点推广应用的建筑节能技术。从发展前景看,未来的居民采暖,60%以上将会采取地面采暖,应用前景喜人,有巨大的开发市场。   通过低温热水向上辐射热量供热的供暖方式与普通散热气供暖方式相比具有很多优点:     一是符合人体生理取暖的舒适要求,让暖从脚下起,人们会感到更温暖,更舒适.     二是节约室内面积和空间,可省去安装暖气片和暖气管道所占的空间,增加使用面积2%~3%.     三是可使室内采暖温度均匀,采用地暖后室温由下而上均匀分布,空气对流减弱,水分散失减少,克服了散热器采暖给人带来了口干舌燥等不足.     四是热源选择比较广泛,可以利用地下热水、工业余热、供热管网、家用供热源等.     五是节能省钱,地热辐射采暖与其他采暖方式相比,节能幅度大约是20%,如果采用分区温控装置,节能幅度可以达到40%。     六是增加地面厚度,且加气(泡沫)混凝土具有良好的吸音作用,因而具有良好的楼层隔音效果。  地热辐射采暖结构     自下而上的各层结构分别是:     (1)、混凝土层:钢筋混凝土楼板。     (2)、热反射层:无纺布基铝箔材料,具有单向传热、保温和防水的功能。     (3)、保温层:一般要求厚度不小于30毫米的泡沫混凝土用于隔热。     (4)、地热管线:分为PEX-A交联聚乙烯管材(水热)或者发热电缆(电热)两种不同的供热方式。     (5)、砂粒:固定地热管线,均匀辐 射热量,避免局部温度过高。     (6)、水泥砂浆填充层, 普通房屋的水泥地面。     (7)、铺地材料及防潮材料:比如木地板和瓷砖等。      地面采暖设置泡沫混凝土保温层,主要是为了防止和减少热量向地下散失,提高热利用率。设置3㎝后泡沫混凝土保温层,热量损失可减少80%,采用5cm泡沫混凝土保温层,热量损失可减少90%以上,因此,泡沫混凝土保温层对提高室内温度具有重要作用。     地暖的主要参数:     (1)、供水温度:50-60度,最高温度不应超过80度。     (2)、供水压力:0.3-0.5Mpa, 最高不应大于0.8 Mpa。     (3)、供回水温差:不宜大于10度。     (4)、加热管内热水流速:宜控制在 0.25-0.5m/s。     (5)、地热辐射采暖结构厚度:50-80mm(不包括找平层和地面装饰层厚度),其中隔热层30-50 mm,填充层25-30 mm。     (6)、地热辐射采暖层结构重量:70-120kg/m2。     (7)、每环路加热管长度宜控制在60-80米,最长不应超过100米。     (8)、地面温度控制:人员长期停留的地面温度宜控制在24-26度,人员长短期停留的地面温度宜控制在28-30度,无人员停留的区域地面温度宜控制在35-40度。 Foam concrete to warm     To warm that geothermal heating is not higher than 60℃ temperature of hot water or heating cables, Buried in the floor under the geothermal system, heating coil of the ground, even to a kind of indoor heat radiation heating methods.
