轻质混凝土又称为发泡水泥、泡沫混凝土等,是一种利废、环保、节能、低廉且具有不燃性的新型建筑节能材料。泡沫混凝土是通过化学或物理的方式根据应用需要将空气或氮气、二氧化碳气、氧气等气体引入混凝土浆体中,经过合理养护成型,而形成的含有大量细小的封闭气孔,并具有相当强度的混凝土制品。泡沫混凝土的制作通常是用机械方法将泡沫剂水溶液制备成泡沫,再将泡沫加入到含硅质材料、钙质材料、水及各种外加剂等组成的料浆中,经混合搅拌、浇注成型、养护而成的一种多孔材料。     河南华泰建材开发有限公司具有多年的泡沫混凝土生产经验,也是国内最大的泡沫混凝土生产企业。多年来河南华泰坚持不懈,走出了一条自主研发,以实践检验技术的道路,其生产的HT泡沫混凝土近年来在国内发展迅速,应用范围也不断扩展。HT泡沫混凝土制品具有以下显著特点: ①轻质高强     泡沫混凝土密度小,常用泡沫混凝土的密度等级为300—1200kg/m3,相当于普通混凝土的1/5—1/10.抗压强度大于0.25Mpa,可根据建筑物设计要求生产出不同强度的泡沫混凝土产品。在建筑物的内外墙体、层面、露面、立柱等建筑结构中采用该种材料,一般可使建筑物自重降低25%左右,有些可达结构物总重的30%-40%。近年来,密度为 160 kg/m3的超轻泡沫混凝土也在建筑工程中获得了应用。由于泡沫混凝土的密度小,可显著降低建筑物自重,提高构建的承载能力,增强建筑物的抗震能力。因此,在建筑工程中采用泡沫混凝土具有显著的经济效益。 ②保温隔热     由于泡沫混凝土中含有大量封闭的细小孔隙,热工性能良好,密度等级300—1200kg/m3范围的泡沫混凝土,导热系数为0.06—0.3W(M.K)之间,采用泡沫混凝土作为建筑物墙体及屋面材料,具有良好的保温节能效果。 ③隔音、防火性能佳     泡沫混凝土属多孔材料,吸引能力0.09-0.19%,具有良好的隔音性能,在建筑楼层和高速公路隔音板、地下建筑顶层等领域,均可采用该材料作为隔音层。泡沫混凝土区别于传统隔音材料,无机、不燃,从而具有良好的防火性,可提高建筑物的安全防火性能。 ④低弹抗震       泡沫混凝土的多孔性使其具有较低的弹性模量,从而使其对冲击力载荷具有良好的吸收和分散作用。同时泡沫混凝土轻质高强的特性,可有效减低建筑物的荷载20%--40%,建筑物荷载越小,抗震能力越强。 ⑤施工速度快     现场浇注,机械化施工,其施工速度比聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料板快1/3  泡沫混凝土的原料 ①胶凝材料     胶凝材料是泡沫混凝土不可缺少的主要原料之一,起粘结作用,根据用途胶凝材料可选用硅钙质材料、菱镁材料、石膏材料,其中硅酸盐水泥是泡沫混凝土最常用的胶凝材料。不同标号的水泥凝结强度和凝结时间不同,即使同标号的水泥,由于生产厂家不同,其组成也有差异,因此原则上讲,对同一种胶凝材料,在小试的基础上才能大规模施工。 ②发泡剂     发泡剂是起泡剂、稳泡剂、缚水剂等助剂的总称(复合发泡剂包含以上几种助剂)。起泡剂是能够发生化学反应并产生气体的物质。稳泡剂是指具有稳泡作用的表面活性剂,如十二烷基苯磺酸钠、水解蛋白质等。缚水剂等助剂是指那些能够与表面活性剂亲水端通过氢键相互作用,并强烈吸附水分子与气泡表面的物质,如聚丙烯酰胺、阿拉白胶等。 ③集料     集料根据用途及相当资源情况,可选用粉煤灰、矿渣粉、沙子、石粉、陶粒、浮石、膨胀珍珠岩等(也可不加)。其中粉煤灰和矿渣粉属废物利用,符合国家产业节能政策,最具应用开发价值。 ④添加剂     添加剂包括减水剂、稳定剂、促凝剂、早强剂、防水剂等,可根据泡沫混凝土的用途和施工条件进行添加(也可不加)。 泡沫混凝土的制备工艺 泡沫混凝土实验图片 Light weight concrete     Light weight concrete, also known as cement foam, foam concrete is a benefit of waste, environmental protection, energy saving, low and has not incombustibility a new type of building energy-saving materials.
