泡沫混凝土保温隔热材料利用水泥等胶凝材料，可大量添加粉煤灰、矿渣、石粉等工业废料，是一种利废、环保、节能的新型屋顶保温隔热材料。泡沫混凝土屋面保温隔热材料制品具有轻质高强、保温隔热、物美价廉、施工速度快等显著特点。既可制成泡沫混凝土屋面保温板，又可根据用户要求现场施工直接浇筑，机械化施工省时、省力、降低工程成本。
泡沫混凝土屋面保温隔热材料制品具有以下特性：
（1）质量轻：干质密度320—700KG/m3。
（2）良好的隔热性能：其导热系数低于0.10W/（M.K）。
（3）良好抗压性能：抗压强度大于0.25Mpa。（能作上人屋面）
泡沫混凝土屋面保温隔热施工方法：
（1）在施工屋面女儿墙四周标好应作隔热层的厚度及坡度。
（2）用专用搅拌机把新型发泡剂、水泥(或水泥、粉煤灰等混和物)、水等搅拌成均匀的流质泡沫混凝土，再用模板浇聚到屋面，达到相应的厚度。
（3）保温屋面隔热层做好后，2—3天内不能上人，不能承重，应作好维护工作。
