加气（泡沫）混凝土是我公司开发的一种新型优质混凝土保温隔热材料，是专利产品，可用作屋面保温、地暖及地面垫层等受到中国工程建设行业协会、中国建筑建设标准委员会等单位的大力支持与推广。
我公司通过技术改造而研发出一种新型的屋面（保温隔热层）施工方法，用此方法生产的产品，经河南建设工程质量检测站及南阳市质检站检测、实物质量符合Q/NH001-2007。节能指标超过河南省发用建筑节能指标的30％。
1、加气（泡沫）混凝土保温隔热材料制品特点：
(1)直接在建筑屋面上施工，工序简单，降低造价。可根据屋面尺寸厚度的大小随意制做出各种形状的板块，节约时间，减少工序，提高效率2倍以上。比在屋面直接干铺加气块降低造价近30%。（施工方法可参照中南标98ZJ001屋5、屋7、屋8、屋9、屋11、屋13、屋14、屋15，不同之处，不再用1：8水泥加气渣找2%坡，而是直接作好2%坡层）。
(2)参照河南省05系列工程建设标准05YJI屋面屋6、屋8、屋9、屋10、屋11、屋13、屋15等的施工方法，节能指标超过河南省民用建筑节能指标的30％，现已在河南省郑州地区大面积推广。其施工步骤是：（自下而上）
2、加气（泡沫）混凝土保温隔热材料制品具有以下特性：
(1)质量轻：干质密度320—700KG/m3。
(2)良好的隔热性能：其导热系数低于0.10W/（M.K）。
(3)良好抗压性能：抗压强度大于0.25Mpa。
3、泡沫混凝土屋顶保温隔热施工方法：
(1)在施工屋面女儿墙四周标好应作隔热层的厚度及坡度。
(2)用专用搅拌机把新型发泡剂、水泥(或水泥、粉煤灰等混和物)、水等搅拌成均匀的流质泡沫混凝土，再用模板浇聚到屋面，达到相应的厚度。
(3)保温屋面隔热层做好后，2—3天内不能上人，不能承重，应作好维护工作。
