路噪声成为新的环境污染

  随着公路管理部门将采用低噪声路面作为解决、降低道路噪声问题的一种手段,低噪声路面在欧洲应用得越来越普遍。对于一些类型的道路路面,由于低噪声路面与传统的道路路面相比,其铺设成本并没有很大的差别,现在低噪声路面已常常在道路工程中采用,而不只是在特别强调噪声问题的路段上采用。

  根据欧盟有关环境噪声评价与控制的规则,要求制订主要道路和大型公共场合噪声控制“行动计划”。无论是作为降低道路噪声的单一性的方法还是结合其它缓解措施用来降低道路噪声,在实现未来“行动计划”中噪声控制目标的过程中,低噪声路面重要性都将会进一步提高。

  为了从采用低噪声路面方面获得最大的收益,重要的是弄清楚低噪声路面对于轮胎/路面噪声的产生和衰减过程的影响,以及新铺设时及使用一段时间后路面的性能如何,有怎样的不同。而要弄清楚上述这些影响与差别,关键的问题是要有正确的方法??正确的噪声测量方法和仪器。本文主要介绍这些噪声测量方法中的一种??比邻法(CPX),以及运输研究实验室为应用该方法而研究开发的专门的设备。

  统计通过噪声法和比邻法
