英国GRIMM格林进口井用潜水泵概述：

          进口井用潜水泵是根据国际标准设计的节能产品，广泛应用于农田灌溉、工矿企业的供排水和高原、山区的人、畜用水。
          进口井用潜水泵是由潜水泵和潜水电机组成一体潜入水下进行工作。具有结构简单、体积小、重量轻、安装、维修方便，运行安全、可靠、高效节能等特点。
          进口井用耐热潜水泵是与井用耐热圈三相异步电动机直接联成一体，组装成的耐热潜水电泵，耐热水温可达100℃， 是潜入井中，提取地热水的有效机具；地热是一种最廉价，最清洁，用之不竭的最新能源，现今广泛应用于采暖、医疗、洗浴、养殖、种植、工农业、工矿企业、娱乐服务、保健设施等许多方面。它具有泵机合一，结构简单，运行可靠，无噪音，性能优良，机组效率高，安装维修方便；并具有耐热。防腐，抗老化等诸多特点，是提取地热水的最新产品。

 

英国GRIMM格林进口井用潜水泵结构说明： 

1、进口井用潜水泵为离心式或混流式；采用水润滑轴承；与电机的联接采用联轴器刚性联接。泵叶轮在电机带动下旋转产生离心力，使液体能量增加经泵壳的导流作用进行提水。在水泵上端设有逆止阀体，防止电泵停机时，因扬水管中倒流的水损坏工作部件。阀上有泄水孔，可将管路中的水缓缓放掉，防止冬天冻裂管路。(注：低扬程潜水泵不设逆止阀体)
2、电机为密闭充水湿式结构。电机定子绕组采用耐水(耐热)的聚乙烯绝缘，尼龙护套多层结构的(耐热)电磁线。导轴承及推力轴承均采用水润滑材质。电机内部充满清水，用以冷却电机和润滑轴承。电机底部装有调压膜，用以调整由电机温升引起的机体内清水的胀缩压差。电机的上端轴上装有防砂机构，用来阻止水中泥砂进入机体内部。
3、管路部分：用以联接电泵使其吊装在机井中，将水输送到地面上去。主要由短输水管、输水管、弯管、夹板等部件组成。短输出管是输水管路与电泵的连接过渡部件。弯管安装在井口处，以改变水流的传送方向。夹板是在电泵的安装过程中吊装和固定输出管路。

英国GRIMM格林进口井用潜水泵使用条件： 

1、电源要求：
(1)额定频率为50赫兹，电机端额定电压应保证为380±5％伏的三相交流电源(若用户电压为660伏时需特殊定货)。
(2)变压器负载功率不应超过其容量的75％。
(3)变压器距井较远时，应考虑输电线线压降，对功率大于45KW的电机，要求变压器到井口距离不超过20米。对于高扬程潜水电泵，由于输电线较长，必须考虑压降损耗，要求输电线规格比配电缆规格大两个等级。采用单台变压器供电，要求变压器输出电压400V-440V。
2、水质要求：
(1)一般无腐蚀性清水。
(2)水中含沙量不大于0.01％(质量比)。
(3)酸碱度PH值在6.5-8.5范围内。
(4)水中氯离子含量不大于400毫克/升。
(5)硫化氢含量不大于1.5毫克/升。
(6)井用潜水泵对水温不高于20℃。耐热潜水电泵对水温要求不高于100℃。
(7)不含有油类。
3、井筒要求：
      正直、光滑、不得有凸起或井管错位现象，井内径不小于相应的机座号。

1.The submersible pump for the well is centrifugal or mixed flow. The water lubricated bearing is adopted. The coupling of the motor and the motor is connected by a rigid coupling. The pump impeller is driven by the motor to rotate to generate centrifugal force, so that the liquid energy is increased, and the water pumping is carried out by the diversion action of the pump shell. A non-return valve body is arranged at the upper end of the water pump to prevent the working parts of the water pump from being damaged by the backflow of water in the water pipe when the electric pump is stopped. 2.The motor is closed water filled wet structure. The motor stator winding adopts water (heat resistant) polyethylene insulated, nylon sheath multilayer structure (heat resistant) electromagnetic wire. Guide bearings and thrust bearings are made of water lubricated material. The motor is filled with clean water to cool the motor and lubricate the bearings. The motor is arranged at the bottom of the pressure adjusting membrane, to adjust the motor temperature rise caused by the expansion and contraction of the water pressure difference. The upper end of the motor is provided with a sand prevention mechanism to prevent mud and sand from entering the interior of the machine.

3.Pipeline part: used to connect the electric pump, lifting it in the well, and transport the water to the ground. Mainly by short water pipe, water pipe, elbow, plywood and other components. The short output pipe is a connecting transition component between the water delivery pipe and the electric pump. The pipe is installed at the wellhead to change the direction of the flow. 1.Power requirements:

(1) rated frequency is 50 Hz, the motor end rated voltage should be guaranteed to be 380 + 5% volts three-phase AC power supply (if the user voltage is 660 volts, special orders).

(2) the transformer load power should not exceed 75% of its capacity.

(3) when the transformer is far from the well, the voltage loss of the transmission line should be considered. The motor with power greater than 45KW requires that the distance from the transformer to the wellhead is not more than 20 meters. For high lift submersible pump, the transmission line is longer, must consider the pressure drop loss, transmission line cable specification requirements specifications than the two grade. The transformer output voltage is 400V-440V by using single transformer supply.

2.Water quality requirements:

(1) General non corrosive clean water.

(2) The sediment concentration in water is not more than 0.01% (mass ratio).

(3) PH value is within the range of 6.5-8.5.

(4) The content of chloride ion in water is not more than 400 mg / liter.

(5) Hydrogen sulfide content is not more than 1.5 mg / liter.

(6) The submersible pump for the well is not over 20 centigrade. Heat resistant submersible pump for water temperature is not higher than 100 degrees.

(7) Contains no oil.

3.Wellbore requirements:

   Upright, smooth, must not have the bulge or the well pipe dislocation phenomenon, the well bore diameter is not less than the corresponding frame number.
